Staff genuinely helpful, at the reception desk. Silent and well-appointed rooms with satellite television, central heating, and an individual safe. Clean, amazing bathroom.

The venue is big and exceptionally clean with a good value and caring and attentive staff. The double room is huge and has an electronic key card, a work desk and cable channels. You can see city from your window. Offers good service and great food.

The phone in the room not working!!! Very small 32-inch TV for suite size!!! Shower water accumulates, leading to a messy experience!!! Noise from the pool area is unbearable, definitely not for those looking for peace!!!

The staff was unbelievably kind! They always responded quickly when we needed extra towels and even brought us some snacks when we were waiting for our food.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess it was bearable.

We visited the Gold Museum and explored the historic Candelaria area, both just a short walk away. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, too, a nice touch. It was excellent value for money!
